I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor currently working online. I was born and educated in the UK. I offer short-term and open-ended integrative therapy, and I tailor my approach to suit your needs. My therapeutic goals are to help people heal, achieve self-awareness and feel empowered.

Our work may involve helping you to understand patterns in your life and gain greater self-awareness. Or we may need to explore your past issues, so that you can process your experience and find a way forward. Therapy certainly can't erase a difficult past but it can help you to move on in peace and make positive changes in the future.
