I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor currently working online. I was born and educated in the UK. I offer short-term and open-ended integrative therapy, and I tailor my approach to suit your needs. My therapeutic goals are to help people heal, achieve self-awareness and feel empowered.
Life is a journey that can be bumpy at times, so if you're currently experiencing challenges, you're certainly not alone. Sometimes we reach a point where we need extra support. Talking to someone who is trained to listen and help you work through your issues can be hugely beneficial. Perhaps you're experiencing depression, anxiety or are coming to terms with trauma or loss. We come to therapy for a multitude of reasons.
As a therapist, I will listen to you carefully and help you to talk about your issues in a warm and safe environment. Our work may involve helping you to understand patterns in your life and gain greater self-awareness. Or we may need to explore your past issues, so that you can process your experience and find a way forward. Therapy certainly can't erase a difficult past but it can help you to move on in peace and make positive changes in the future.
