I am a fully qualified Integrative Sex therapist, Psychosexual and Relationship therapist, Couple therapist, Marriage counsellor providing therapy to individuals and couples. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I trained at the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy accredited by Middlesex University in London. I obtained Diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours at Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (London). I am currently advancing my professional development in couples therapy at NAOS Institute (London) and with The Couples Institute (California). I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental professional space to my clients, within which we can gain an understanding, and enhancement, of their sexuality and intimate relationships.

I will tailor the treatment to suit my client’s specific needs. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy to help facilitate a stronger bond between partners, to help clients develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving to reduce psychological distress or help clients to achieve different perspectives and discover new meaning in their lives.

I work with a broad range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship difficulties, infidelity, communication issues, low sexual desire, orgasmic issues, erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, vaginal pain, porn addictions, understanding sexual practices, preferences or fantasies, reducing anxiety around sex and improving relationships and intimacy, going through painful break up or trying to find a love you want.
