Natascha Eden

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in mental health nursing, Natascha brings a deep and specialist understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD and autism, to the team. She has 21 years of experience as a qualified mental health nurse and has spent the past 15 years practising as a Specialist Nurse Prescriber, supporting individuals with a wide range of psychiatric and neurodevelopmental needs, including complex ADHD presentations.

Natascha has extensive experience in prescribing for individuals with ADHD, as well as co-occurring Autism and ADHD, recognising that patients with both conditions can be more sensitive to medication. She places strong emphasis on understanding how symptoms present day-to-day, tailoring titration carefully to ensure stability and comfort. Alongside medication management, she supports patients in identifying strategies to manage sensory sensitivities and other challenges associated with ADHD and AuDHD. She has worked with this group throughout her 15 years as a prescriber.

She has held senior clinical leadership roles, including Nurse Consultant in CAMHS, has taught Year 4 medical students in child psychiatry, and previously led a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) pathway. She is a registered member with the NMC.

Bringing her specialist expertise to our service, Natascha focuses on providing medical titration and stabilisation support for adults undergoing ADHD treatment. Her role centres on ensuring safe, responsive, and thoughtfully coordinated prescribing, while offering clear, practical guidance on non-pharmacological approaches to help individuals better understand their neurodivergence and achieve the best possible outcomes.
