I'm Dr Nadia, a Counselling Psychologist and energy healing practitioner. I'm really passionate about helping people live better, happier and more peaceful lives. You're here because you're looking for a positive change and I'd love to support you with this.

Having worked with hundreds of women struggling with relationships to others and themselves, this has become my main area of work. There is great empowerment that comes from knowing yourself and learning techniques to manage difficulties that you face. I use cognitive behaviour therapy, relational therapy and energy healing to help you gain insight and autonomy in your life.

I do not offer crisis support, if you require urgent care please call your GP, emergency services or crisis support service.
