I am a registered member of the BACP with over 25 years experience working as a counsellor/therapist in the NHS.

I have treated people with everything from mild or moderate anxiety and depression to those with severe and complex mental health issues.

I now work mostly online with people who are experiencing many forms and levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Symptoms may include poor sleep, lack of motivation, lack of confidence, low self esteem, difficulty making new relationships, ruminating or obsessive thoughts, compulsive or harmful behaviours or just a sense that with some small changes they could find a way to be more present and more connected to their life and the people in it.

The people I work with have sometimes experienced difficulties in their life including poor early attachment, difficult relationships, separation and loss, trauma and neglect. 

I can provide you with a safe, thoughtful and supportive space within which to explore your difficulties, help you improve your relationship with your self and others as well as supporting you to be more present and happier in your life.
