My name is Marta, I am a registered and qualified Naturopath & Nutritional Therapist.

I support clients at every stage of their life to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes and I have special interest in women’s health (hormonal balance, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, ...) as well as in thyroid conditions.

My journey started 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder. Back then, the doctors told me that I would have to live with it forever, dependent on pills and that there was nothing else that I could do to improve my condition. However, I decided to not give up and by my own journey I found out that what we eat, how we move, how many hours we sleep, as well as, how we think has a huge impact on our overall health.

Therefore, after almost 10 years working in management consulting, defining firms’ strategies, developing new businesses and optimising companies’ operations, I decided to change! Instead of helping firms to improve their economics, I studied naturopathy and naturopathic nutrition, focusing on using whole and organic food as medicine, at CNM in London, to support people to feel better and become healthier.

I believe that every person is unique and must be viewed holistically, therefore every advice and protocol are tailor-made for patients’ optimum health, focusing on a long-term strategy.

Today I support people to make healthier food and lifestyle choices to improve their overall wellbeing.
