Lydia Rose

My career began as a lawyer working in the London and Dubai offices of a city law firm and then in-house in large media companies in London. Now, as a qualified and accredited Development Coach, I help young professionals overcome challenges and achieve their goals with my friendly yet action-orientated coaching style. Given my background, most of my clients work in law, media and finance but I also work with a variety of other sectors including young entrepreneurs. Clients come to me with a range of professional and/or personal issues such as career direction, imposter syndrome, procrastination and navigating challenging relationships.

Whilst life as a young professional can at times seem overwhelming, it can be too easy to suffer in silence which inhibits greater development and success. This is why I’m passionate about helping people fulfil their professional and personal potential. I am a good listener, quick to pick up on key issues and dedicated to helping my clients get results. I’m warm and empathetic but not afraid to challenge where necessary in order to facilitate change.
