Combining the profoundly calming practices of yin yoga and reflexology, my intention is to help you find stillness and access a deep state of relaxation. An antidote to our often frenetic urban existence, as the body and mind become still, we create space, we gently re-engage our own inbuilt healing responses, we find balance, we restore our health.
Naturally intuitive and curious from a young age, I’ve always been drawn to the magic and originality of people – forever listening, learning, connecting, sharing and caring my way through life. A deep appreciation for a holistic approach to health therefore instinctively developed and led to further study in yoga, meditation and reflexology. As complex, interconnected and wholly unique beings, I believe we sense, engage, communicate and experience life in different ways – and I seek to always honour and nurture this in my practices, to gently guide each individual to find their own equally unique path to health, harmony and happiness.
My approach is relaxed, intuitive and informed predominantly by a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism and Yoga Philosophy. I teach yin and practice reflexology with both anatomical and energetic focus, with attention also to breathwork and meditation.
