Hello, I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I offer a confidential, safe and empathic environment for you and I develop a trusting relationship to explore what you are experiencing and look at where we can together find ways of supporting you to achieve what you feel you need.

I see the therapeutic process as a partnership, where you and I collaboratively work together to support you and as such, I work alongside you to decide what is best for you, so we can decide together what therapy suits you best and how long you feel the need to have it for.

I had been working for many years as a private Clinical Hypnotherapist before deciding to expand my professional qualifications to better support my clients, so after obtaining my Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, working with private clients in my therapy room and volunteering at two local charity supporting a variety of clients, I have amalgamated years of experience in supporting several people for a variety of different issues, with great therapeutic results.

My aim is to support my clients through their difficulties to achieve this connection and transform their lives by having more clarity, choice and taking control to achieve fulfilment. 

I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese so I can offer sessions in any of these languages.

I come from an international background having worked in the corporate world for many years in different industries at different levels, which gives me a deeper understanding on how to  better support professionals facing challenges with work related issues. In addition, I have experience in working with people from all different walks of life and can easily connect at every level.

I have experience in working with a wide range of issues such as Anxiety and Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Low Self-Esteem, Low Confidence, Stress, relationship problems, redundancy, separation or divorce, unresolved childhood issues and stress. I am committed to providing an empathic and safe environment for my clients where you will be and feel heard, understood and valued to enable you to explore your difficulties and work together supporting you through the challenges you may be experiencing
