Everyone experiences life differently. Whatever brings you to counselling, whatever you want to explore or want help with; whether it be anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, grief, low self-esteem or trauma, I believe counselling can help navigate life's challenges.

Counselling provides an opportunity to speak in confidence, exploring your experiences and feelings. It can allow you to see yourself with greater depth, unpick stuck narratives and gain new perspective.

As a Humanistic Integrative counsellor, I work in a predominantly person-centred way.

You'll be at the centre of the work and I'll be alongside, supporting you - helping you to make choices and changes and looking for your best way forward.

Our work will always start with establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship in which you will feel listened-to and supported.

I offer a friendly confidential space where you'll be treated with respect, empathy and acceptance; a safe non-judgemental place to explore your experiences and feelings.

As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their Ethical Framework, am fully qualified, insured & supervised and undertake continuous professional development.

I volunteer for a local counselling charity and Cruse Bereavement Support. I am currently working towards a certificate in working with couples.

Sessions can be online, by telephone or in-person in Braunton, North Devon. They can be short or long-term.

I work with adults and can help with Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Grief, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self-esteem, Stress and Trauma.
