It can be a really big step to accept that you may have thoughts or concerns that need help with. You may feel depressed, angry, frustrated, fearful, discontent or perhaps struggling with issues such as depression, self esteem, anxiety, addiction, existential issues, relationships or bereavement, or you may just want a kind listening ear and/or someone to understand you. If you contact me I can assure you that I will listen and help you at your own pace without any judgement or criticism. I will help you to explore different approaches and look at different perspectives to embolden you to confront your issues.
I will help you by building a trusting, safe environment, without judgement, and adapt the therapy to suit your needs. You are the expert in your life and I will help you to understand and facilitate measures to challenge unwanted behaviour patterns, thoughts or emotions drawing from my experience as well as Psychodynamic, CBT and other approaches.
