Having worked therapeutically with people since 1999, I have lots of experience of treating a whole range of issues, and have supported many people to achieve the health and well-being they always dreamed of. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that change is possible, particularly if the problem’s been around for a long time. I’m here to tell you that, with our mutual hard work and dedication, it really is within your reach.

As a clinical psychologist, I’m trained in a range of therapies, so can select and adapt approaches to meet your needs. My clients particularly value Schema Therapy, which offers a wonderfully warm and genuinely caring therapy relationship. Within this, underlying hurt is healed & tricky emotions/unhelpful ways of coping that crop up day-to-day are tackled.
