I provide a safe, calm and non-judgmental space in which you can talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing. 

I work in a relational way, which means I will listen carefully, not make judgements and seek to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings. Together we can explore the meanings you attach to your experiences and your relationships with others, helping you build your sense of self, your self esteem and ability to cope. Being truly heard, sometimes for the very first time, can be key in helping you feel better and enable you to find a new way forward.

I value the individuality of each client and will adapt my way of working to your needs. I hold firm the belief that every individual has potential to grow and change. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a supportive space to nurture such growth.
