Hello, my name is Lauren and I am a hypnotherapist with psychotherapeutic training.

I host online therapy sessions and have a practice based in Dereham, Norfolk. 

I specialise in helping those who are suffering from anxiety, stress and low moods, all of which may have differing root causes. It can be really difficult to cope with how you are feeling and I make sure to create a safe and open space for all of my clients, no matter what they are facing - because healing is possible for everyone. 

I tailor each session to your needs and goals as an individual, and we work together to help you place your emotions and forge a path through what you are experiencing.

I can teach you positive techniques to help you minimise anxiety and stress, validate your experiences and feelings through talking therapy and set small, achievable goals to help boost your confidence, self-esteem and self-trust.
