My name is Kendra Blake and I am an integrative wellness & lifestyle Occupational Therapist. Based in London, I aim to support and empower individuals to care for their bodies and minds through intentional, self-compassionate lifestyle and movement practices.
Originally from South Africa, I trained as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Cape Town and have been working in the field of mental health for over 5 years. Over the years, my love for holistic health and wellbeing has grown, leading me to pursue certification as a BASI Pilates, Group Fitness, and Rebound (mini-trampoline) Instructor to support functional, restorative movement and physical wellbeing.
I now successfully run Blake Wellness, supporting driven, high-achieving individuals in establishing more balanced, intentional and meaningful routines. I am passionate about encouraging radical self-compassion that promotes embodied living, functional movement and a sense of spaciousness, and balance, within routine and lifestyle. I aim to do so in a gentle and approachable manner where I encourage you to engage and interact as you journey through your own self discovery.
