About Katriona

Hello, I'm Katriona, a BACP registered, qualified Integrative Therapist, and Executive Coach. I specialise in supporting individuals and teams who are seeking a space for reflection and navigating through their current challenges, whether they are personal, professional, or a combination of both.

My aim is to provide my clients with the tools and support necessary to feel better in themselves, to have more control in their choices and live a happier and enjoyable life.


In my practice, I offer a friendly and down-to-earth approach, backed by research, utilising Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Coaching techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client at any given time. Our sessions provide a safe and regular space for you to be heard in an empathic and non-judgmental manner. We will work collaboratively to establish goals and objectives, or explore organically, based on your preferences.


With Therapy, I integrate psychodynamic theory, delving into the "here and now" while considering how early life experiences may contribute to negative thoughts or behaviours. By examining the past, we can pave the way for a clearer path forward. Talking through obstacles and addressing the factors that hinder your progress can be liberating and empowering.

My approach is characterised by calmness, compassion, and genuine care, with the aim of energising and rewarding your therapeutic journey. I have worked continuously with ADHD and other neurodiverse clients and am familiar with the challenges you may face.


I also offer Coaching services to individuals and teams. By utilising psychometrics, 360 and other tested tools, we can identify blind spots or patterns of behaviour that may undermine performance, impact, and productivity. This approach equips you with valuable insights and strategies to enhance your professional growth and effectiveness.


Burnout prevention is a focus; helping high-achieving individuals build proactive strategies for burnout prevention, focusing on sustainable habits and strong boundaries rather than waiting for crisis. Our work identifies the core drivers of your exhaustion, enabling you to build lasting resilience and maintain performance without sacrificing your well-being.
