My meditation offering has been developed to raise your consciousness, expand your awareness and create inner peace.

I teach meditation in the workplace, in group courses and to individuals.

After an incredible 15 year corporate career I took some time out to focus on my own purpose and to create a life that aligned more closely with my values. Part of this journey was becoming a Chopra certified meditation teacher in a type of meditation called Primordial Sound (a type of transcendental meditation with Vedic roots). A practice that reduces stress, raises awareness and cultivates focus and joy.

Being Human Well is what I named by business and vision.

In addition to my meditation teaching and guidance, I do workplace workshops and talks on the topics of Empathy and Compassion.

In my unique way, I use the empowering art of primordial sound meditation, extensive research and my life experiences to re-write the stories of my clients. I guide you towards finding the knowledge and tools to develop a life long meditation practice that positively impacts your life in so many ways!
