I am all about making your Mondays feel just as good as your Fridays and I specialize in career development, progression & confidence with my clients. How? We start by creating a strategy to discover what you really want to do - not just in your career but also in your life and then building and maintaining your esteem and resilience to go out and do it. My clients tend to be at a crossroads in their careers - whether to stay in their current role or company or make a drastic change to something completely different or really leap up the career ladder. By tailoring each programme to my clients’ needs you will gain several deep self-realisations, make huge steps forward and have a lot of fun whilst doing so. It may be a challenging process, but I endeavour to infuse each session with humour and enhance all programmes with development tools and resources, accountability checks and full support. From personal experience I am acutely aware of how emotional wellbeing is key to a productive and happy life and working life, therefore we always start with the life aspect before the career aspect - it should be life - work balance not the other way around!
