Raising awareness, developing personal growth, and release from suffering are core to my therapeutic approach. In doing so, I provide an empathic, non-judgmental, confidential space for clients where they can share their thoughts and feelings. The safe environment which I create gives me an opportunity for my clients to explore difficult areas and painful experiences. I am also focused on linking the past and present, in order to increase the client’s awareness of how their childhood experiences contributed to shaping their adulthood, and how it manifests itself in the present moment.

I work within an integrative framework, based on the relational paradigm. The foundation of my integrative framework evolves from a psychodynamic base, with Attachment Theory as the core element of therapy.

I moved to the United Kingdom from Poland, which gives me a good understanding of the experience of immigration. I have been working with diverse groups of clients, which enhances my experience of life. I am a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP), an Accredited Member of the UKCP, and I'm also registered with ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
