Your Counselling work provides the necessary time, space and communication in a framework that is centred on you, on your experiences, and your emotion and understanding. Counselling helps you to explore and express your past and present, allowing safe recognition and progress with issues that are affecting you. Whether these are aspects of your experience you are aware of or not, being able to tell your life story, and find meaning in it underpins the feeling of self worth and self knowledge you may desire.
