I've undergone certified training in working online, run a full time private therapy practice including as an affiliate psychotherapist for The School of Life online therapy service.

My approach to therapy and life is ‘existential’. This means that I believe all aspects of our lives are interconnected and that beneath the everyday struggles and anxieties we face, lie our broader concerns about life and how we create meaning and a sense of purpose for ourselves. Therapy offers you an opportunity to stop and notice how you're experiencing and responding to what's happening in your life; I believe that you hold the knowledge of what the next step in life needs to be for yourself. Therapy also offers an opportunity to gain self-awareness and skills that enrich your life and relationships. 

The types of issues that I support clients with include anxiety, panic, bereavement, loss, life transitions, trauma, depression, burnout, and relationships. I also specialise in working with people who are diagnosed or self identify as ADHD or autistic and offer therapeutic support for those considering a diagnosis or making sense of having received one in adulthood.
