About Jinny

My name is Jinny Gupta (UKCP, MBACP) and I am a psychotherapist with a private practice in West London. I offer therapy to adults both online and in-person.

I have a special interest in working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and issues concerning relationships, work and spirituality.

Our work will involve exploring the issue/s that brings you to therapy and help you deepen your understanding of your dilemma. You might find new ways of understanding your life, and uncover possibilities that you may not have known before.

As your therapist, I bring forward a way of working with you that suits your unique strengths and capabilities. It is my hope that, throughout our work, you are felt deeply listened to and understood in order that you can do the same for yourself.

I offer a space which is open, non-judgemental, empathic and using the tools of curiosity and compassion, we undertake a process of exploration and discovery.

I completed my training at Regent's University, London in the UKCP accredited Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (ADIP). The philosophies and theories that guide my practice include Gestalt and Existential approaches, Jungian Analysis, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I like to draw on mindfulness and compassion whilst working with difficult emotions.

I offer therapy in English, Hindi, Urdu, and basic Icelandic.
