As a trained BACP counsellor my specialist areas are in relationship/ family issues, trauma, abuse, change, work, anxiety, bereavement, and depression. I believe that therapy can transform lives and it is a privilege to witness this. My clients tell me they feel accepted, treated with respect and confidentiality. I am warm, easy to talk to, listen carefully, and enable clients to articulate their feelings.

Currently, I am a Counsellor at York CMHC and previously was a Counsellor in Dundee. I graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling at Leeds Beckett and have also studied counselling at post graduate level at Abertay University. Alongside counselling, my background is in teaching and management. I have a MA in Educational Leadership and one in Literature also.
