I am certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Trainer, a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner and the founder of Turn Over A New L.E.A.F.®. We're hear to enable you to transform your health and wellbeing either gradually, taking one page at a time, or more quickly, making leaps and bounds, using tried and tested neuroscience informed tools.

I invite you to consider the possibility that you have more control over your mental health and wellbeing than most people are aware. Wellbeing relates to many aspects of our lives: Relationships/Social, Fitness, Nutrition, Rest, Financial, Career, Positive Emotions, Learning. There is a correlation between to the quality of our wellbeing and our health and visa versa.


There is often a, little known, key ingredient causing mental and emotional issues that gets in the way of many people recovering and indeed risks worsening the problem over time. This is known as an 'encoded' trauma. Some people have one encoded trauma, while others have 1 or 2 and others have many. When we address them using Havening Techniques, you will be surprised at just how quickly it works.


As indeed I was. In fact, for me, 30 years was finally resolved in just one session of Havening. After many types of therapy and coaching over the years, something happened inside my mind during that first Havening session. Ever since that day I have been using and promoting Havening to the extent I am now a Certified Havening Trainer,

To that end, I will show you how to do Self-Havening which gives you, in the palm of your hand, a powerful cost effective to tool to help you on your own healing journey to positive health and wellbeing.


I use a blend of Coaching and Havening Techniques® and have helped clients lift the following stress and trauma related health conditions, but not limited, ... insomnia, persistent worry, disturbing night terrors, severe hayfever, social anxiety, early childhood trauma causing relationship issues, severe anxiety, weight loss issues, pain management, bereavement/depressive symptoms, autoimmune symptoms, panic, improve memory to help with learning and ease exam pressure, sibling rivalry, trauma related relationship issues.
