I'm a breathwork coach and mental health ambassador based in London. Having discovered breathwork over three years ago, the practice had a profound impact on me, significantly improving my physical and mental wellbeing. I strongly believe that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives.
I founded The Breath Space as an accessible way for anyone to experience this blossoming area of mindfulness and personal growth. My goal is to provide you with the tools to work it into your daily life, as well as creating an environment to go deeper and understand new elements of yourself.
