Hello and welcome. I'm an experienced and fully qualified counsellor holding an Masters degree in Counselling. I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). 

I provide online counselling to adults.

I provide a safe and confidential space for exploring the reasons that brought you to counselling including: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, self-harm, work issues, stress, life-choices, loss, bereavement and abuse.  

I use an Integrative approach, in order to draw upon a number of counselling techniques to best suit your needs.
