About Hannah

I am a person-centred, integrative therapist, which means that whatever your situation or experiences, I will provide a safe and confidential space without pressure or expectation.

I am an experienced music psychotherapist, who has been privileged to work with children, young adults and older adults, with a range of diagnoses. Working through the NHS, various charities and independently with:

  • Self-esteem,
  • Childhood trauma,
  • Neurodiversity - such as Autism Spectrum Disorders,
  • LGBTQIA+,
  • Self-harm,
  • ADHD
  • Cultural and identity concerns
  • Anxiety and depression.

Expressing yourself through music can help to process topics that are challenging or difficult at the moment, with or without having to put words to those feelings immediately. Creatively approaching therapy can provide new perspectives and opportunities for exploration.

Recently, I participated as a panelist on a debate around diversity within music therapy as a profession and more broadly, a debate around race, identity and belonging. I am committed and compassionate to all the individuals I see, so, if online therapy sessions sound like something you might be interested in, please get in touch, for a free, 15 minute consultation.
