I'm a qualified BACP registered counsellor and I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low confidence, relationship difficulties, and with people who generally aren't currently living the life they want to. 

In our sessions, you'll be offered a confidential, judgement-free space where we can explore your situation, together through an integrative approach, combining Person-Centred and Psychodynamic theories.

I work in short, mid or long-term formats which we can agree on to meet your needs.
