I am passionate about making health accessible to all people in all bodies. I use the non-diet approach for working with clients in order to improve health outside of the weight-focused paradigm. I am also keen to provide a practice which is specific to you as an individual and can allow us to set some sustainable, appropriate goals leaving you feeling healthier and happier.
