Hello! 

My name is Francesca Straniero and I am an Italian Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) offering a more gentle approach to nutrition and wellness. I truly believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to nutrition advice. My mission is to guide, support and provide you with the right tools to achieve optimal nutrition and long-term health, all through a science-based approach free from food rules. I am a strong believer that nutrition should be about nourishing your body and soul with delicious food that makes you feel the best version of yourself.


I deliver online consultations, both in English and Italian, and I also offer nutrition consulting and recipe development services.


I specialise in intuitive eating, vegan diets and sports nutrition - whether you are an athlete or someone who is trying to improve their health in a balanced way, I can help.
