I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years' experience of working with children and families in a variety of settings, including seven years at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. I have a special interest in baby and child development and the baby-parent relationship; I believe that learning about your baby/child's emotional development is just as important as learning about the physical care needs of your baby. I'm passionate about offering families evidence-based information and have established 'Baby Psychology Basics': individual and group workshops about key topics including: baby brain development, sleep, baby-parent relationship, responsive parenting and perinatal mental health/self care.

Join a scheduled workshop, or join with friends and book a bespoke group session with me. Those who prefer an individual approach may choose a tailored 1:1 session. These are for parents who are looking for information/advice about general baby and child development, or for families who have specific concerns, such as how to prepare an older sibling for the arrival of a new baby.
