About Fay

For some of us life can become challenging and overwhelming, at times we feel completely trapped in a negative cycle unable to see a way forward with little or no support. Do you struggle with things like anxiety, depression and low self worth, do you feel hopeless and alone? I offer a warm, safe and non judgemental approach to support you with any issues you may be facing. Working as a Person Centred Therapist I will support you in building an understanding of your own thoughts and feelings empowering you to make the changes you need to find inner peace and happiness.

I have a wide range of experience working with young people, and adults. I have also spent several years offering bereavement support and have experience in working with complex loss, and childhood bereavement. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy into my practice enabling me to offer a bespoke programme tailored to the individual.

I recognise how difficult it can be to take those first steps to reach out and ask for help. I also understand the importance of feeling safe and secure with your therapist. Please feel free to call or email me if you would like to arrange a free consultation.
