I am an Integrative Counsellor. Working integratively simply means that I do not rely on one therapeutic model. I employ several approaches in accordance with the needs of my client. Each client is unique and therefore so is my approach.

Before setting up my own private practice, I worked for several BACP accredited counselling services. I have worked with many presenting issues including: anxiety, depression, attachment style, gender dysphoria, sexual abuse.

My aim is to offer my client a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space where they feel free to explore whatever they choose to bring. As a registered member of the BACP ( British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), I abide by the codes and principles of their ethical framework to ensure my practice is safe, professional and effective.
