I'm a 350hrs trained yoga teacher, with 3 years of public and private teaching under my belt.
For me, yoga isn’t simply how you move on the mat. It’s how you show up in your own life and in the lives of others. Through my slow-flow and vinyasa based classes, I allow you to work your body at your own pace, calm your mind and be open to what yoga can teach you about life.
My motto is: “take what you need, leave what you don’t”. Yoga is not a one-size fits all practice, and so in her classes she really encourages you to tune into what you need in that moment, regardless of what it was yesterday or what it might be tomorrow.
