I’m an Accredited Counsellor of adults, children and teenagers with fourteen years experience. Due to training in several techniques , I can offer a range of ways of working to find those most suited to you.

I am experienced in working with depression, anxiety, grief, loss and attachment, and all aspects of adoption, life changes and events and relationship difficulties. I also offer Jungian Kalffian Sandplay which is a soothing, creative and effective way of working for children teenagers and adults, as well as other creative techniques.
