About Enfys

My story is one of transformation & self-development. I began working as a professional dancer, singer, actress, choreographer, tutor, teacher & director. Contracts include: National Dance Company of Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Sherman Theatre Company, Welsh National Opera, BBC, Channel 4, HTV; multimedia performance projects across Europe; circus, theatre, variety, pantomime, bands, theatre-in-education, film; highlight performances at Wembley Arena & Amsterdam’s Paradise Club with Hawkwind; Bracknell Jazz Festival & Shaw Theatre, London with Gavin Bryers and Lorient Celtic Festival. Marketing, tour management & PR roles towards the end of this period. I transferred my skills to Primary School Teacher for ten years, specialising in learning difficulties & special needs. A brief period as makeup artist, beautician & holistic therapist followed, working in 5-star spas & on shoots. I attained master practitioner in Clinical Reflexology, Reiki and other energy techniques. I now harness all these diverse life experiences & skills in my work as a Medical Therapist, Speaker, Writer & Coach. My work takes me into many diverse arenas: Corporate; NHS/Police; Media & Film; Education; Sport, Transformational. I am co-director of Alchemy Life Therapy where we combine Neuroscience, Holistic Ancient Wisdoms & Traditional Therapy techniques to produce the gold standard of mental health, wellbeing & success.
