I am a qualified, experienced and accredited counsellor.  

Sometimes life can be really challenging and overwhelming.  At times like this, it can be so helpful to talk things through with an empathic, understanding and non-judgmental counsellor.  I will provide a safe and supportive environment in which we can explore whatever is troubling you, with kindness and compassion.  

My counselling practice is based on a psychodynamic approach. My belief is that each individual is shaped by their upbringing, and past relationships and experiences.  By exploring these, we can think about patterns in your emotions, thoughts and behaviours, gaining insight into you and your current situation.

I am currently a staff counsellor and assessor at Gloucestershire Counselling Service (GCS) and I am also a counsellor in a secondary school. 

I offer counselling for adults and adolescents, both open-ended and time limited. Sessions are at a regular time each week and last for 50 minutes.
