I’m Emily, a certified Mindset and Transformational Coach working with individuals on a 1-to-1 basis, and organisations looking to implement a coaching strategy and culture.
Having experienced what psychologist Alex Fowke’s calls the ‘quarter-life crisis’ - a period of insecurity, doubt and disappointment surrounding your career, relationships and financial situation - I turned to coaching. It took introspection, support, and a desire to change, to discover my values and what was important to me. I discovered I was experiencing burnout from my corporate, high-pressured and competitive role, and it was during this coaching, I realised my strengths around it and the desire to support other young professionals going through similar challenges, both personally and professionally.
My purpose is to support and empower other people to find clarity around their challenges, aspirations, and simply choices, so they have the confidence to take the next steps, maximise their potential and find fulfilment. Whether you are looking to make a career change, improve your wellbeing, cope with stress, or want a new challenge, I’ll give you the support to drive change and personal development.
As a Coach, I take a whole-person, empathic yet practical approach. Sessions can take place in a virtual or face-to-face environment, where time and space will be reserved for you to pause, and gain perspective on the bigger picture. In this psychologically safe-space, we’ll explore what’s important to you, your goals, and any challenges, such as limiting beliefs, that are getting in the way of you achieving them. I’ll empower you by facilitating the realisation of a way forward, and holding you accountable by positively challenging and providing feedback. I love coaching to be engaging, creative, and not to mention, fun!
I partner with organisations as a Solutions Consultant and Coach, to shape their coaching strategy and deliver interactive workshops on a variety of topics, designed to enhance company culture and employee happiness/satisfaction at work. All coaching programmes and workshops are grounded in psychology and behavioural science-backed research, example topics include:
