I am an executive coach, accredited with the Association for Coaching. I have a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence and self-awareness in the workplace i.e., the development of skills to manage oneself and other people so as to maximise potential. My client base covers diverse sectors including financial services, marketing, law, advertising and property. I have considerable experience in parental leave coaching, I am also an experienced parenting coach and have delivered workshops to parents in primary schools across London. Prior to coaching, I spent ten years in investment banking, working in corporate finance and equity sales.
My approach to coaching is strengths-based, aiming to help clients tap into their capacity for self-empowerment and change. I see the role of a coach as that of advocate and catalyst for a client’s positive transformation, helping them to: find their personal agency and influence; realise the impact their habits have on their outlook and results; discover/rediscover their purpose and values; understand how they get stuck in their own mental models and how to spot and break unproductive patterns; find and channel their own inner coach after formal coaching is complete.
