Dr Saman Shahzad

Dr Saman Shahzad is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adult population. She is trained in a range of gold-standard diagnostic tools, including ADOS, ADI-R, 3Di, ACIA, and DIVA, and delivers evidence-based, person-centred care.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr Shahzad has worked extensively across the NHS and private sector. She has a vast experience of working with people with Intellectual Disabilities, where she managed complex mental health and neurodevelopmental presentations in individuals with learning disabilities.

Dr Shahzad is committed to providing compassionate, thorough assessments and clear, collaborative treatment planning to support individuals and families on their neurodiversity journey.
