Doreen Jacobs

I am a counsellor/therapist with a background in crisis and clinical mental health. I have worked with couples and individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, career challenges as well as physical trauma and/or emotional abuse.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, and meet/work with my clients where they are. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, existential, and person-centered .
