I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered therapist. I am proud to be a BACP member and work in line with the ethical principles it sets.

I am passionate about supporting people who are going through difficult periods in life. Throughout my training, I have offered support to people by creating a space where they can explore how they feel and work through the issues they face. I also work as a counsellor for the NHS Talking Therapies programme (NHS IAPT).
