Daren Lee

I am a HCPC registered psychologist and fully accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Over the past six years, I have practiced using key therapeutic modalities, including person-centred counselling, second and third wave cognitive-behavioural therapies and psychodynamic counselling and have clinical experience in bereavement, NHS primary/ secondary care services, mental health charities and addiction services. I have authored articles on the topics of mental health and addiction, having published a number of articles in The Psychologist and Therapy Today, academic articles and chapters in textbooks. I have experience lecturing on mental health and CBT university modules at London Metropolitan University and Birkbeck, University of London.

I aim to offer clients a collaborative therapeutic experience. During assessment, I endeavour work closely with individuals to match psychological therapies to their needs, goals and intended timeframe.
