About Chris

Welcome, my name is Chris and i'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, and a member of the BACP. I have an education background in psychology with an eclectic working career from the NHS to people management & retail to mental health. I am passionate about humans as individuals & supporting them to thrive & be their best selves. 

My approach & how it can help you~

I work within the Humanistic tradition of therapy which places you at the heart of the work. My approach is especially helpful for finding meaning, and helping to move forward, and make changes in life. This might be from bereavement, anxiety, stress, changes, relationships, depression, and identity worries to name a few. I am also an LGBTQ+ Affirmative Counsellor who works with all adults of any gender. 

Availability & what happens next~

Currently, I am able to see clients from all over the country as I am working online, and over the phone. I Ma based in Bristol. Generally I offer sessions Tuesdays -Fridays from 09:00 - 19:00 where I have availability. Please contact me for availability or any questions.
