Welcome to Firsterer Coaching! 

I formed from a burning desire to promote entrepreneurial freedom for all. To break down traditional boundaries, challenge the status quo and step outside the lines. To be brave enough to experience new ways of feeling, thinking, doing and being. 

I strive to overcome the barriers to successful professional change and personal growth. Empowering leaders and teams to think more clearly, feel more positive, act more purposefully and ultimately achieve more than they ever imagined.

I get to work daily with inspiring entrepreneurs and leaders taking their businesses to the next level. This gives me unique insights into the coaching room as well as the opportunity to meaningfully explore topics related to brand and business growth where appropriate.

I’m fortunate that the activities of Firestarter Collective keep me very busy, yet I always reserve some time to work one-to-one with a select number of clients. At Firestarter, our mission is to create entrepreneurial freedom and this is another way I can help to make this achievable for more entrepreneurs and business leaders.

In addition to setting up and growing my own businesses, I have significant experience leading change initiatives for global brands, boutique consultancies and tech vendors. I also bring experience from front-line work in child protection and as a parent and foster carer. Therefore whether the issues are commonplace in the boardroom or the living room, they can all find a place in our work together.

Outside of my fee-paying work, I give back by supporting a charity which helps young people and adults reconnect to society, and themselves, through outdoor adventures, therapy and mentoring. I also volunteer for a charity that aims to reduce instances of sexual abuse and assist those impacted by sexual abuse in their recovery.
