A broad approach informed by a long career with youth and education and more recently, working with nurses, doctors and other health-care professional who have been confronted by stress, burn out and compassion fatigue.

As well as working as a school counsellor, I see a diverse selection of people from all walks of life, from farmers through an Employer Assisted Program, to members of the public; dealing with life events/crossroads - bereavement, relationships, career changes; childhood-originated issues; abuse, trauma, abandonment.

Meeting the client where they are informs my work as an integrative counselling therapist, and helping someone find their own solutions, the goal.
