I maintain a warm, relation and non-judgmental approach. I am offering a safe and confidential space where we can talk, explore and begin to make sense of what you find challenging in your life. Together we can find a way to develop a deeper understanding of yourself in relation to others and the world around you, strengthening your ability to face life's challenges and enhancing your overall sense of wellbeing. I have been working as a psychologist and as a therapist for about a decade, and I have experience working with people from different backgrounds.

I have worked in various roles in the Greek NHS and the NHS in the UK, where I am still employed by a large mental health trust in London.

My experience includes working with children and adolescents, adults of working age, older adults, forensic units and the Greek Air Force.

I am a registered member of the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy (BACP), with registration number 382501. I am also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
