I'm an experienced Integrative BACP Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Fusion Therapeutic Life Coach, EMDR and Rewind Technique Therapist and EFT Practitioner. I work with adults and young people (16 +) and have a special interest in working with clients experiencing health anxiety, generalised anxiety, depression, PTSD and panic attacks. In addition to practising privately I have extensive experience as a school therapist working in an alternative education provision supporting young people with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties.

Initial Session

Taking the first step to contact me might feel daunting. I recognise the importance of you finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with. Therefore, I offer a no obligation initial session. This session is charged at the full fee rate.
