After 14 years of working with a wide range of psychological and social challenges, as well as diverse population groups, I feel I am able to effectively guide you along the path of change.
As a clinical psychologist in private practice, I have realised that there is no single psychotherapeutic approach which can be effective and appropriate for all clients, problems, and contexts. Having been exposed to, and trained in a board and eclectic array of theoretical approaches, I have increasingly moved closer to the Integrative CBT Model.
Although I welcome all clients, I am especially passionate about helping women overcome depression, anxiety, low self esteem, self harm and recognizing toxic relationships. I will do my best to hold a safe therapeutic space for you to work in, but I will also be honest and direct when I feel this feedback is needed.
