I use Transactional Analysis in my work with clients. I work both remotely and face-to-face. I also provide both long-term and short-term counselling/psychotherapy. Regardless of the work undertaken, I consider a strong, trusting relationship to be the cornerstone. For this reason, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which each person can fully explore and process their experiences. Therapy is about listening, asking good questions, making connections, and giving feedback. But it only works when my client feels safe and understands that I won't judge them. My approach is sensitive to cross-cultural factors, and I respect the fact that people know what is best for themselves. It is my honour to help my clients achieve meaning and vision in their lives by helping them feel empowered.

I am passionate about helping people with anxiety, depression, someone who have suffered trauma. Additionally, I am drawn to immigrants and other minorities who may not belong to a larger culture or fit into society's established categories. I work with people struggling with midlife changes, divorces, health issues, career changes, and other life transitions, as well as many other issues.
